Not exactly, that’s an ill-informed comment. Referendums in the UK are not legally binding, they are advisory. Think of it like a very large and public survey. The formal section 50 from the UK Government has not been given, and it may never be given. There is the possibility of a 2nd referendum, see this petition https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/131215 the largest petition in the UK history and growing constantly. What the referendum did reveal is an Un-United Kingdom which is something we have to now deal with, sure the UK is at stake but it doesn’t yet mean we’re out just yet.
