Which means you don’t have control over the things you see, but rather they are brand-driven…why would I want to look at content that I know is just there to catch me? There needs to be an incentive. There’s got to be something that attracts me to enter that gate, a reward, which can be some offer I can only see if I’m connected, or some kind of social interaction. Or maybe just when I’m trying to escape from boredom, much like we do with our smartphones nowadays.
