Good point, Ali Muzaffar.

It’s a good practice to stick on what Google’s Android SDK offers you.

But I see a “pattern” where Google don’t give us the right tools to solve all the problems we face (in a ‘easy’ way, of course).

There are so many options to deal with threading issues — AsyncTasks, Services, IntentServices, HandlerThreads, IntentServices, …

Anyway, we have to deal with it :)
