Hi there, am Joseph but fondly called Jay. I’m a UX Designer & Researcher with over a decade of experience/background in multi-disciplinary design, entertainment and ministry. Driven by my enthusiasm for behavioural sciences, human-computer interaction, human-centred design and entertainment, I translate my research insights and designs into tangible, striking solutions with the user needs at heart. Apart from Tech, I am an international recording artist with over 70 songs and 61 released records as "Jay Ikwan". Outside of the business world, I am a licensed non-denominational Christian minister, having served as a Pastor in 5 churches and currently serving the community through "LOVE Nation UK, a ministry of bringing hope, healing and restoration to as many as possible. Overall, I am a unicorn tech consultant delivering successful complex UX CX projects in time-sensitive settings with extensive exposure to cross-cultural practices.
