Our Fight for Equal Rights, Equal Chance and Equal Opportunities

On July 4, 1776, the Founding Fathers of the United States 🇺🇸 revealed not only to America but to the entire World this Universal Principle: «We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.»

Progress has been made from Abraham Lincoln to Civil Rights, Independence and Liberation movements from North America to Africa… Barack Obama was elected the President of the United States… We enjoy some kind of Equal Civil Rights in North America even if they are not often equally protected… In Africa, many still don’t enjoy such Civil Rights… We still continue to fight for the respect of our Unalienable Rights as Africans…

However the Walk is still Long (even too long) to the Economic Freedom… From North America to Europe, Africa and elsewhere, We Africans don’t have Equal Chance and Equal Opportunities to create wealth and enjoy of its benefits within the communities and societies where we live in different countries…

In fact, we still don’t have equal protection of our Unalienable and Civil Rights because we don’t have Equal Chance and Equal Opportunities in accessing the capital and the market and in controlling the economic power to equally shape the society with all other members of communities we live in…

Our present battle and that for next generations of Africans (called Blacks) is to get fully the Economic Freedom by having Equal Chance and Equal Opportunities in accessing the capital and markets for creating wealth in our communities… That is the Key for the development of our African (called Black) communities that we want as prosperous as other ones in building together peaceful societies, wherever we are…

This is the essence of my Fight, even if I experience «Once upon a time in the West» for having such «temerity»…

We will keep moving forward and avoid the dogs that bark to distract us from our purpose…
