The Pharaonic Egypt was A Black African Civilization
This Tutankhamen sculpture painted in black colour of its skin is not an art allegory of the artefact… It represents the colour of the skin of Tutankhamen: like all of Pharaohs before the Ptolemaic dynasty, he was a Black African.
It is time Egyptologists recognize once at all that the pharaonic Egypt was a Black African Civilization to end the racial injustice that has been constructed upon racism from systematic ignorance of facts since the transatlantic slavery trade and colonial era. Why there is a malaise among historians to recognize this factual evidence?
Ancien Egyptians themselves were very aware of their identity as Black people. They even used to represent the racial diversity of their world through their art works.
This painting from ancient Egypt clearly shows two Black Africans (Egyptian and Nubian), one indigenous Libyan (Berber) and one Middle East foreigner (who could be at that time a Hittite, a Persian, a Greek or an Italic guy).
The geography of the origins and the development of the pharaonic Egypt is essentially African in the Deep South of the Nil; its culture and traditions are fundamentally Black African as Cheick Anta Diop has demonstrated; its history is a Black African one: all Pharaohs, Great Priests and ordinary Ancient Egyptians in their majorities were Black Africans. The waves of Persian invasion, Greek conquest with Alexander the Great, the Roman one with Julius Caesar and, more recently the Arab one; all of them happened after the decline and the collapsing of the pharaonic era, which lasted more than 5 milleniums until 340s B.C. when the last Black African Pharaoh ended ruling in Egypt. The only Greek rulers in Egypt who succeeded the last Black African Pharaoh (after Alexander ended the Persian invasion) were from the Ptolemaic dynasty founded by Ptolemy, the Alexander the Great’s General after the decline and collapsing of the pharaonic era.
Human societies in Antiquity from Egypt, Greece to Rome were more multiracial and diverse than we can imagine today. The pharaonic Egypt was essentially a Black African Civilization while trading with its neighbours from Eurasia (Middle East, Greece and Italy) and having even interracial mariages with them.
Here is a painting showing a multiracial mariage of an ancient Egyptian dignitary of the XVIII dynasty. Our ancestors were not bigot racists… They used to identity themselves as Black people while embracing racial diversity within their society. They would have been totally offended today by the racist dominance within the current Egyptology studies…
By the way, antiquity nations and societies were more racially diverse and tolerant than what manuals of history teach today. What those manuals don’t tell people today is the fact that Black Africans in ancient Greece were very respected. Such respect came from the fact that almost all Ancient Greek scholars were students in Egypt where Black people helped them to acquire the knowledge they developed. It is not a random fact that Ancient Greeks used the black colour to represent their gods…
What Moses, Pythagoras, Aristotle, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar and Jesus Christ have in common? They are key cornerstones in the building of the Westerner culture, which they learned from our ancestors in Egypt! All of them learned from our ancestors what they knew!
Racism as we experience and know it today is the legacy of the transatlantic slavery trade and colonialism era. It is a societal construction based on the mixture of ignorance, greed in controlling economic interests and finally the bigotry of hatred. Academics research, especially in History and Anthropology, have been among the tools of the construction of racism against Black Africans and their descendants. Now this racism is even applied to our ancestors by not recognizing their identity… it is time to reverse this trend by beginning to recognize facts about Black Africans and their real contribution in the making of our common Human Civilization… the recognition of the pharaonic Egypt as a Black African Civilization is one of the minimal steps in reparation against racial injustice…
Each human culture beyond apparent differences in each continent of our planet has made a critical contribution in the building of our Common and Universal Human Civilization. There is no culture, no race, no religion or no traditions either superior or inferior to another… We are all equal in our diversity, which makes us very strong as mankind species on Earth. We should embrace our differences and use them as a strength; not as a weakness.
In today World where the bigotry from hatred of racism is in resurgence; recognizing the factual evidence that the Pharaonic Egypt is a Black African Civilization would help. Racism is a societal construction based on ignorance, lies, greed in controlling economic interests (slaves, plantations and natural resources such as minerals, etc.) and finally the bigotry of hatred itself.
If racism is the outcome of a societal construction; it can be dealt with by using a societal deconstruction process. This is why changing perpectives with Egyptology and History academics research is critical in the deconstruction of racism…

The Pharaonic Egypt is at the center of the diffusion of the Human Civilization as we know it today. The Ancient Greece was built on the legacy of the Pharaonic Egypt through the Minoan Civilization heritage.

The name “Minoan” derives from the mythical King Minos and was coined by Evans, who identified the site at Knossos with the labyrinth and the Minotaur. The Minoan civilization has been described as the earliest of its kind in Europe, and historian Will Durant called the Minoans “the first link in the European chain”.
When one looks at the Minoan paintings, one of its features is its clear representation of its racial diversity. The Minoan society was multiracial… It happens that the Pharaonic Egypt knew better this Civilization than the Ancient Greece did… In fact, the Minoan Civilization was developed by ancient Egyptians who kept close relationships with their Mediterranean colony before natural disasters erase it.
Historian scholars estimate that the Minoan Civilization lasted from 3000 BC to 1100 BC. In fact Minoan Civilization is even older than this estimation. It shows the link between the builders of Pyramids in Egypt and those of Stonehenge in the United Kingdom. Minoan Civilization is also the factual evidence that shows the Pharaonic Egypt as the origin of the Ancient Greece Civilization… The Atlantis myth of Plato is in fact the Minoan Civilization built by Ancient Egyptians who happened to be our ancestors…
