Byron, as a former corporate guy, not independent business owner, I could relate to almost everything you said here, especially the part where you started to realize that the money just wasn’t worth everything else in your life you had to give up to earn that money. I also totally hear you on your point about spending more time with colleagues than your own family.

With a more flexible lifestyle, I can now do more of the things I want to do, spend more time with people I love, and work on things I actually care about. If I can avoid it, I’m never going back!
