How a Marketing Agency ran by a 16 year old has changed the digital game
Yes, I am that 16 year old. My name’s, Joseph Reth, I run a Digital Agency known as Reth Digital based in Modesto, California and believe I have cracked the code to success on social media and the internet as a whole. Here’s a little bit about me…
I currently run a Digital Agency in Modesto, California. My office is located right next to Modesto Toyota on Spyres Way and I currently have one full-time employee working with me. I’ve spent over $56,000 in ads on Facebook and Google respectively for my clients in the past 2 years. I’ve worked with over 30 clients and have worked with many well known Silicon Valley start-ups. I’m still going strong and currently focusing on scaling the agency.
I have managed many, many clients throughout my years of marketing and truly feel I have unscrambled the code to ultimate success for my clients with three simple elements; Content, Consistency, and Value.
“Content, Content, Content”
John Henry said it best. The first essential element to any service my agency offers. From Social Media Management all the way to Website Design, content plays a massive role in brand growth. This does not just apply to the way your graphics on your social media appears to the general public, this goes much deeper. Content refers everything you put online. Articles, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Quora, Medium, Podcasts, Comments, DMs; the list goes on. You have to broaden your horizons and get you or your clients name EVERYWHERE. Posting one shitty graphic on Instagram once a month is not going to give yourself any sort of growth. Stop wasting your time. That leads us to our next essential attribute… Consistency.
“Consistency is key”
Not only does consistency get your brand’s name out there as much as possible; it shows your audience that you put in the time and effort. It makes your brand a hell of a lot more trustworthy and gets people talking about you. You can’t expect growth if you’re not on a schedule of some sort. You only get out, what you put in.
“Saying hello doesn’t have an ROI. It’s about building relationships”
People like to think the world revolves around them. Listen closely because this is the most important element in my honest opinion. You NEED to provide value to your audience in some shape or form. You cannot expect your audience or clientel to grow if you’re not providing any value. This means offering an eBook, a free trial, connecting with them and asking them how their day has been, giveaways, fun facts, etc. The list goes on. No one cares about the features of your stupid app unless you’re providing them with VALUE. No one does anything for free, they need something in return.
You cannot utilize only one of these elements and expect growth. Growth can take days, months, even years. It all depends on the product, time, and if you’re truly putting in the effort. Much love from the 209!
