It’s pretty simple why people don’t like him — a) he’s weirdo, b) he’s a socialist.

Tony Blair won because he was a Tory in a Labour jacket. Brown lost because he was ‘true labour’.

No left-leaning democratic socialist or straight up socialist has won a British election since 1974, and even then Wilson was ‘soft left’.

Everyone is a neo-liberal these days, the left-right debate is over. The real question is whether you’re a nationalist or a globalist. The Tories are striking the ‘centre ground’ on this new political axis.
