In your experience, is there a particular area that product managers struggle with more often than not? In other words, what do you see as the most common “don’t” for product managers?
Love it Josh.

The biggest struggle I often see in product managers is getting lost in the role and thinking they are in charge of figuring out what to do. They observe other successful product managers articulating a strategy and believing that PM came up with it herself/himself. In reality the best product managers are always collaborative with their teams and help take and synthesize the best ideas coming from their teams into a narrative. Being able to do that and communicate that, and properly give credit to their team is a special talent for the best PMs.
