What are the benefits of drinking water and staying hydrated? Here are a few..

1. Water is considered one of the main components that lead to weight loss. It functions as an appetite suppressant, it has no calories and it replaces all the high calorie, high sugar soft drinks. So, if you want to lose weight, increase your daily intake of H2O.

2. When we see someone with beautifull skin, we think of hydrated skin. Hydration is highly correlated to fresh and clear skin. If you arent drinking enough water and want to have clearer skin, consider increasing your intake.

3. Water flsuhes out all the bad toxins from your body, that lead to oxidative damage. When removing all the waste, by using the bathroom several times a day, you prevent damage to your organs, leading to a healthy lifestyle.

4. Water is the main component in our bodies. When exercising, instead of going for a sugary drink or an energy drink, pick up the water bottle instead. A well hydrated body will prevent cramps and fight heat intolerance. Keep that in mind.

We all make the choice of how much water we want to drink daily. It’s normal to drink other beverages as well, but dont try to replace water. Its what our bodies are made of.
