Go for a walk after eating a meal.

Why?

Studies conducted have found that when going for a walk immediately after eating promotes your body to burn the fat instead of storing it. Same with sugar, it decreases your blood sugar. This help fight conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

When you put this example in context, its not something difficult to do. When we go in vacations, we are in the road visiting museums, theme parks, national parks, and others. In those circumstances we tend to sit down to eat our meal and then continue walking towards our destination. There is no time to stay sitting for hours and waiting for your body digest it.

Try it! It may help you lose some weight as well.
