The 2-Week Challenge.

I’ve seen a lot of people give up right after they ask the question of what to do. I’ve seen some disappear from the gym, right after they get sore. There are obstacles you reach, but overcoming them is part of the process in training yourself mentally. Anyone can ask the question of what will work for them, or where they should start, but who has the drive to spend the time and put forth the effort?

My challenge to everyone who wants a change of this nature is to start off with two weeks. Just two weeks. Two weeks of a rotational workout of your choosing will enable you to incorporate it into your weekly routine. It could be walking three times a week. It could be going to the gym for 30 minutes after work. It can be anything, I’m here for suggestions if you have a goal in mind already. It can be anything, I don’t care, just choose some sort of exercise routine. For the diet, write down everything you eat/drink for three days. After 3 days, make 1 SMALL change for the remainder of the two weeks. Drink one less soda a day. Eat a salad once a week. It can be anything, but it will be a drop in the bucket of whatever goal you’ve set your mind to.

You all have my challenge now, and I will do anything to help, but it’s up to you to put in into action. GAME ON!
