Day 6: Triggering patterns and memories, a haunted body.

On the first day of my Peer Wellness Addiction training I went home and smoked a cigarette for the first time in weeks. I do believe at some point in that training I went out for drinks. Not to excess as I don’t do that anymore but it was a rarity made manifest.
