How Snapchat is becoming the place to share.

Within the last 3 months snapchat has taken flight. And it’s easy to see why… Snapchat already had the 13–21 year old market locked in. Now with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram all pushing a special algorithm for posts to show not in chronological order. Snapchat is now poised to take over as the top social network.

As I was scrolling through my Facebook feed today (April 4th) I can’t help but notice several “April fools” posts… just the other day a friend was looking for assistance… I happened to see the post 2 days later. I can see how this can heavily benefit the site by allowing people and companies to “boost” a post for money, but when it comes to certain events, holidays or posts needing a quick reply, snapchat is going to end up reigning supreme for now.

So, whether you are 14, 44 or 64 snapchat is becoming the place to stay up to date with what has happened lately. With the newest 2.0 chat options it now features a more robust chat feature too! (Think Facebook messenger)

Within the next 12 months I can’t wait to see the enhancements made and what snapchat plans are about going public. We will all just have to stay tuned!
