The Americans I hear from

For the last ten years my inbox has received a regular stream of stories of mental illness, disability, and financial stress.
They email GovTrack.us looking for relief, or looking for answers.
Many, of those with mental illness, appear to be in a state of confusion.
Others vent their frustration.
They’re the Americans government is for.
It is serious.
To all of us who work in governance, let us not forget how serious it is.
