Toggle buttons are simply true or false buttons. Here we are going to use a group of them to select difficulty. To start we go to UI and select toggle. Lets create 3 of these, than we need an empty gameobject that we can call ToggleGroup. Than we need a toggle group component on this.

In this article we will look at building the look of a main menu, not the functionality. We want to make sure that when we change the resolution the images stay the same size and not morph around. To start off we need a canvas and make sure that UI scale mode is set to scale with screen size. This way our screen size can change but our icons will stay the same.

To start off we need to build a plane 20, on the x and z, 1 on the y. Than a player capsule. After that we need a canvas with a masked image and an image to be masked. The mask itself will be 100 by 100 and the masked image/map will be 200 by 200. Lastly we need a small image, one white, 5by5

Much like its name implies a UI mask covers or masks certain images in our scene. To make one select the image you want to mask, than duplicate it. Call the second image mask and make it a parent of the image.
