Validating assumptions with quantitative research

This article is complementary to the EasyDiet case

I separated the personas into user groups, classifying them as those who are on a diet and cannot follow it and those who want to go on a diet.

After the research I discovered that my users were people who were on a diet and were unable to follow it. In the reasearch I confirmed the assumptions and doubts I had and clarified some points.

The questionnaire was distributed through social networks and specific groups of gym users.

The questionnaire received 16 responses.
