That’s the final count of applications to a job in one of the leading airlines. If you are a SME, you will probably get 1/3rd of that but still about 400 applications to go through. I won’t teach you that 95% of them are completely irrelevant. Linkedin and other job board made it so easy, you can now apply to 100 jobs in 15 minutes. So be ready to scroll through sales representative and taxi drivers even if the job you advertised is CFO. We wanted to find a way to only review candidates that meet some pre-defined criteria.

How can I only review applicants that meet the criteria I have defined in my job brief?
