If you’re drafting a QB that high, ESPECIALLY in Cleveland, he needs to walk into a situation that gives him the best possible chance to succeed. The QB draft class next year is expected to be bounds and leaps better, they’ll still likely have a high pick (along with other draft assets to either trade up or draft help for their QB), and the draft this year is too deep with potential good players at other positions. In fact, QB is probably the weakest position this year.
