There Is No Good Argument For The Teen Wage

Teens should be paid the same as other people who do the same job. Why should teens get paid less because certain people in society decide teens’ needs in general are less? That is the same logic that has resulted in women being paid less than their male counterparts.

It does not create more jobs — it reduces the operational costs for a business owner. It creates an environment where people feel entitled to get more than another group of people (teens) simply because they do not belong to the “lesser” group.
