Do little things make you angry?
The little things that we become angry about are very trivial and won’t matter in the long run. We all have bad days. Today is one of those. Accept this fact and move on.
Instead, think about the good things. You are alive, breathing, seeing, talking, sensing, feeling, running, etc. I know it’s cheesy. But, it’s true. We should count our blessings. We should be thankful.
Another thing. Whenever we are angry on little things, it is not the little things that make us angry. Rather, it is the anger built up inside us because of the constant pressures of life. And in most cases, we express our anger on people who are weaker than us, even though they did not have any fault of their own.
Sit down at a place and think. Think if there is a way by which you will ever benefit from being angry on little things. Also, think about the quote below when you’re angry the next time.
“You can tell the size of a man by the size of the thing that makes him mad.” — Adlai Ewing Stevenson II
