As a Gen X parent of three Gen Z’s, I recognize the generational identifier ‘Millenial’ as the Boomer generation’s insidious jealousy-rooted, consumptive pejorative for their own offspring, because they recognize the potential you folks will realize, contrasting the reckless and wanton waste and impoverishment Boomers — the truly entitled generation, ironic, huh — have imparted through their zeitgeist. I have much confidence in Millenials and post-millennials. Give it 10ish years and you’ll have your mid-life crisis, as we GenX did, and this formative period will make a helluva lot more sense.
