Joylynn M. Ross, founder of Path To Publishing in Las Vegas, Nevada, has just been awarded a two-year membership in the Vegas Chamber’s prestigious EDGE (Entrepreneur Development for Growth and Excellence) Program for Women & Minority-Owned Small Businesses, a program funded by a Federal Grant and administered by the City of Las Vegas.
