Final Menu Design
My final menu design is above. I incorporated my critiques through the different alignment and addition of detail to the menu. I wanted to remain with the simplistic theme, but I also wanted to add something more to the menu. I changed the sun to reflect an egg-yolk to fit both the simplistic theme and breakfast theme while still relating to the title. I chose the colors to reflect the theme of the sunrise, and I left-aligned and spaced out the menu to provide an easier reading experience. I also brightened the color of the text to a plain white in order to further contrast from the darker background color to provide an easier reading experience. I chose the location of the back of the menu to be parallel to the sun graphic so as to continue the vertical theme. I chose the layout of the menu (plain front and back) to reflect the simplicity of the restaurant and also with the idea of a simpler takeout menu in mind.
