I really enjoyed this piece, but this passage felt like an unfortunate choice. When talking about sense of purpose over urgency, there’s no need to conflate that with working over the weekend (leading more likely to burnout and lower productivity). Could have been just as effective to say ‘when a designer spends a few more hours on extra iterations’. Thanks though — all in all a really important point overall.
