Holy moly do I love this. Truly, who wouldn’t? Think about your worst “Groundhog day”, then shapes your decisions and actions around it, in reverse: what your job would look like and with who?
Yea it sounds simplistic, but doing the exercise is to take consciousness of the shitty place you may be right now and what are those most irritating things or persons you surround yourself with.
