I’m an interaction designer and mostly work with problems to produce wireframes that may answer those problems. But the thing I hate the most is mostly when a designer take them for granted. I like when we just shred them apart to find better solutions. When we go back to the root and explore new solitons.
Design is an iterative process from the problems to the final living product. Anyone in the process should feel they can contribute and dispute something. Give us problems, will work the magic together.
