Mike, great post — but why are you trying to put investors like us out of business :) Why kill the dreams and hopes of many, why stop encouraging the latent potential of individuals who are living comfortable lives in more established companies? Without failure, without risking… none of this would be gained — there would be less innovation. The human brain’s ability to adapt is amazing — put them in situation with enough challenges, and you’ll be amazed at what it can achieve.
It’s all about the struggle, the journey, that’s what makes you alive. That’s like telling a lion it should only eat grass…
