About three months ago I decided that I needed to start conditioning again to get myself back into some shape.
There was a time when I took boxing classes, had regular membership to a gym (I would go often), and even bike myself hours and hours during some summer afternoons (I had no job, and was trying for the Ironman — long story).
Deciding that I was no longer excited for any of those things mentioned above, I took to some looking around for what else could be out there. With a little bit of searching (who’s not lost?), I found a local dance studio that way local that was on our side (east bay), and with a website dark, though friendly enough.
Overall, I can say that my sessions so far have been a blast, and can really see myself making lasting improvements. Also, the people are prtty fresh.
