You say there was excessive force. They are LITERALLY holding him in place until the ambulance arrives. How is that “excessive force”?
Also, he kicked at the officers and THEN the officers sat on his prosthetic legs (which woudn’t hurt because they are prosthetic legs, yes?) You completely ignore that, but then take issue that they would sit on his legs. As a “journalist” why are you so self serving in your reportage?

Of all the “police brutality” videos I’ve seen this has to be one of the most devoid of any actual brutality. 
And the cops are black, asian, white, black agian,hispanic.
Its the whole coalition of possible ethnicities, NONE OF WHOM HURT THE GUY. but you say “police brutality”
