Everyone has tried and failed at least once to learn a new language. Look for a friend or pen pal who can send you texts or emails in that language to be consistent. Try listening to songs in that language and translating the lyrics, or watching movies with subtitles in that language. There are numerous enjoyable ways to learn a new language.
If you work in software development, try to improve your coding skills and learn a new language. Look for high-paying top new languages to add to your resume.
