This has been an outstanding question I’ve had about Estonia for some time — where do they stand officially on blockchain, cryptocurrency, exchanges, securities, etc? Switzerland is known as “Crypto Valley” because they take a fairly liberal stance on ICO’s and everything involved with them and aren’t governed by the larger laws of the EU. But I think in order for people to take a risk of establishing a business in Estonia to follow suit with this idea and possibly do their own ICO’s, a clear message from the government needs to be sent on where they stand with such practices. I am an Estonian e-Resident, but have hesitated to create my own business there because of the lack of clarity from the government specifically on blockchain/crypto.
