I’m definitely curious since Tad Devine is on record claiming he accepted a single digit ad buy commission (estimated at 5–7% but unclear).

Was this a way to divert spending to an agency that received the full 15% while claiming to pay out a negotiated low number considering the grassroots funding model?

Seems like a Big story if 12 million went to a single ad buyer (current # is 81 million for Old Towne), not to mention the tends of millions that went to big media corporations who ran the ads.
