I’m designing something like an upsell that users could potentially see multiple times. We could keep it super straightforward with no image, or we could add a fun image and use more delightful language.
On one hand, we want it to not get in the way, but we also want people to know this is a cool new feature that can make their lives easier.
Do we make it subtle or do we make it delightful? Decisions, decisions…
