Life As Time Passes

I was born in Chicago.

On January 24th in the cold

Came to Arlington heights

Adopted at two years old.

Elementary school going by so fast

SMS, was quite a blast

Met so many new people and gained so many great friends.

Went on plenty of family trips

Flying, driving, even going on ships!

Eighth grade came and graduation

And finally summer vacation.

Swimming dancing going out with good friends

Summer then came to an end.

Came to high school glum, nervous, excited

My thoughts changed though

I’m liking high school, my teachers, and my classes

Truly, I’m quite delighted.

Laurie Hernandez inspires me because she is so bright and cheerful and so talented and she works hard to achieve her goals and she is modest when she does good and congratulates everyone no matter what.

This is my brother Anthony, he inspires me because he is super outgoing and funny. He’s also my older brother and it’s crazy because he is so nice to me and never is mean or picks on me like typical older brothers do.

I like this song because its uplifting and cheers me up. Also it was one of my idols favorite song/artist. The lyrics and everything is good in the song.

“In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” Abraham Lincoln
