Writer’s Block be Damned!

I almost went to bed without writing anything. I almost closed my laptop and crawled under the covers without hitting my 100-words-or-more goal for the day.

Then I just started writing, following my own advice from my very first post in this series. I have a handful of ideas for larger pieces, but nothing I felt like banging out before bed. (Back story: I’m writing this post the night before it will be published. Yay for scheduling posts!)

So I just started writing.

Though there’s no real topic here, no real point to this particular rambling (hell, I didn’t even bother with a stock image this time), I still think it serves a purpose. It proves that writer’s block can be beaten, and your goals met, even when you don’t expect them to be.

There. Another 100-plus words in the bag.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
