Also, I didn’t say that Snapchat will just replace Twitter — as I highlight the different in use cases and needs. I’m just saying that Twitter has higher barrier of usage (you need to explain how to use it or reach a certain experience — say following certain people — to enjoy it)

While Snapchat itself, if it’s just between you and few (good) friends, you’re already immersed in the experience itself. (Even lower barrier than Instagram — where you feel “rewarded” with lots of likes)
