Juliana, I’m not an introvert but I agree. I consider myself an extrovert (I enjoy meeting and connecting with other people a lot), but there are times when even people like me get “socially exhausted” and need some time to recharge. I guess introverts just reach the limit much (much) earlier…

However, even though meeting new people is essential for any kind of (business) networking, building long-lasting relationships with these new acquaintances is much more important and difficult skill to master…
