Your post aggravates me. You said his behavior wasn’t “over the top” yet you dismissed him even though he was a fit in so many other ways. Could you not tell the guy “we want a higher brow of behavior here”, can you not forgive the guy, are you going to dismiss all of those who are still a little carnal until they mellow with age, can you realize that men aren’t like women. I agree a workplace shouldn’t be an environment where people feel abused or neglected, but men are human, men make mistakes, and men can be inappropriate. I really don’t get the sexist agenda that every man at every moment is perfect in every way in a woman’s eyes. I thought forgiveness and understanding were ideals in the American way.
