Excellent article! It is really frusrating when we see people ignoring all the variables influencing the ascension of women in STEM careers. In many environments, especially the academic, overtime I’ve seen these topics coming up in a discussion there was always a way to dismiss them in the name of “scientific neutrality”. Science is neutral in its essence, but denying that the human factor permeates every discussion and action only contributes to perpetuate the exclusion in STEM.
