So many self-help articles are about thinking nice thoughts about what you should do. Truly helpful articles about practical things one can start doing (that are also so relatively easy to do in relation to the improvement they provoke) are rare.
This is one of the good ones. I can recommend the suggestions about cold showers, life goals and physical activity as I’ve added those in the last few months. Just make a note on an index card and stick it up on the wall and follow two or three things for one month and you will see the improvement.
Might be the best self-help article I’ve read all year.
