alright. so i just learned about the mandela effect. its really cool but creepy too. the theory behind it is that we live in multiple parallel universes and sometimes things that we have always known about have changed. crazy right? the name comes from nelson mandela, you know, the former president of south africa. the reason behind this is because many people thought that nelson mandela died while in prison, and not too recently he really died. you might be thinking that those people probably have bad info, but it gets weirder. In a published book it was documented that nelson mandela died while in prison. it could be that in a parallel universe he died in a prison or he someone went back in time to save mandela, but this person didn’t fully cover their tracks.

there are many more examples of the mandela effect, and the more of them i read, the more i believe in the effect. one of the examples that freaked me out the most is in the song “we are the champions” by queen. My whole life i have thought that the last line of the song went like this, “ we are the champions…. of the world.” but if you look it up right now it won’t have “of the world.” i’m 100% sure that its never ended like that.

not sure if i did a good job of the mandela effect but for those who are further interested there is a movie that kind of relates to this topic which is “the butterfly effect.” also here are some links which can explain better.
