I was thinking about ‘3. Adaptive UI’ myself today and posted it as feature request for Adobe XD. Vote up if you want this to become reality:

Also you will find, that other users have proposed features, that aim in similar directions as your ideas (e.g. versioning, code export, …). I feel right now the approach Adobe uses to identify user demand is the best way to build ‘the design tool we really need’.
