Good article. I think you’re missing one important aspect though — real context.

You built an app based on a lot of assumptions, but going to the real field while with wireframes (before jumping to high fidelity) could be valuable.

I believe that putting this in the hands of drivers who are actually driving motorbikes in real traffic, with both attention on the road, people and the app will bring interesting findings. How can you design so that in the least amount of time, drivers gain insight about the job offer and decide whether to take it or not? Can they interact with the interface while driving in a way they do not become a danger to themselves and others?

Maybe you could (1) actually approach professional drivers from Grab or (2) ask friends with motorbikes (and experience riding them) to perform a test. Record it — voice and screen — and learn from a real context.
