What is something that you have expertise in?
Computer assembly.

How would you demonstrate it (show, not tell)?
Top down view of computer being assembled, tasty-esque.

What types of shots would you need to capture?
Close ups of specific parts during explanation of their functions and wide shots of workspace for ideal assembly without losing screws.

What would the audio be (soundtrack or voice)?
Background music used for both comedy and general purpose mood-setting — light and unobtrusive unless for a joke. My voice used to explain parts, functions, tips and tricks, etc.

What other text or graphics might be included?
Text displaying names of parts, components, or unobtrusive jokes.

What are a couple of example videos that do a good job of presenting a similar topic?

This video isn’t necessarily a good example but there aren’t many examples of this particular subject being done in a short, comedic, very high quality fashion.
