2. Blackbox analyze the skill information or data of workers on the platform and reputable participants that are best fit for the proposal are matched.

3. The submitted proposals are voted by participants within 48hrs of submission to confirm if compensation will be awarded at the completion of the task and to reach a consensus.

4. Clear and measurable milestone on the project delivery is set and work distributed.

5. Both the Blockchain distributed technology and AI technology of Blackbox network ensures the matching and distribution of work is transparently and efficiently done.

6. Upon completion of the task, quality of work delivery is confirmed on the platform through the application of ‘proof of value’

7. Feedback is also obtained if any.

8. Participants and contributors of the proposal are finally paid or compensated with the Blackbos Token (BBOS Token)
