type 1:
Water enters the inlet . First , the coarse filter screen is used to filter out the larger particles and then reach the fine screen . In the process of filtration , the fine filter gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the water , forming a filter impurity layer . As the impurity layer accumulates in the inside of the fine filter , a pressure difference is formed into the inside and outside of the fine filter . It When the pressure difference between the filter and the suction pipe reaches the preset value , the automatic cleaning process will begin , where the water supply keeps flowing , the cleaning valve opens , and the water pressure in the cleaning room and the suction pipe will decrease greatly . Through the pressure difference between the suction pipe and the suction pipe , a suction force will be generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning room through the suction nozzle , forming a suction process . At the same time , the electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction . The combination of axial movement and rotary motion of the suction cleaner completely cleanse the entire inner surface of the filter screen . The whole washing process takes only a few seconds . The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning . The filter begins to prepare for the next rinse cycle .
type 2:
The water to be treated enters the body of the inlet , and the impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen , resulting in pressure difference . The pressure difference in inlet and outlet is monitored by the pressure difference switch . When the pressure difference reaches the set value , the electric controller feeds the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor signal , which triggers the following actions : the motor drives the brush to rotate , cleans the filter element , and the control valve opens for blowdown . The whole cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds , cleaning . At the end , the control valve is closed , the motor stops turning , the system returns to its original state , and the next filtration process begins . It After the installation of the equipment , the technical personnel debugs, set filtering time and cleaning conversion time , the water to be treated with the inlet into the body , the filter began to work normally .
type 3:
The water enters the cartridge filter housing from the inlet , filters out the impurities of the larger particles first through the coarse filter element assembly , then reaches the fine filter screen , filters out the impurities of the fine particles of the fine filter screen , and then discharges the clean water from the outlet . During the filtration process , the impurities in the inner layer of the fine filter gradually accumulate , and a pressure difference is formed into both sides of the screen . When the pressure difference reaches the preset value , the automatic cleaning process begins : the blowdown valve opens , the hydraulic motor chamber of the main assembly and the hydraulic cylinder release the pressure and drain the water ; the pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the suction pipe drops substantially , and due to the negative pressure , the dirt in the inner wall of the fine filter screen is absorbed through the suction nozzle and the water motor flows in . The hydraulic motor chamber is discharged by the drain valve to form a suction process . When the water flows through the hydraulic motor , the suction pipe is driven to rotate , and the suction pipe is driven by the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to move axially . The inner surface of the filter net is cleaned completely by the combination of the axial motion and the rotary motion of the suction pipe . The entire cleaning process will last for dozens of seconds . The drain valve closes at the end of the cleaning , and the increased hydraulic pressure returns the hydraulic cylinder piston to its original position , and the filter begins to prepare for the next flushing cycle . During the cleaning process , the filtration of the filter is normal .
