No alcohol, no coffee for 27 months. This is what happened.

This is great! Yes, cutting the sugar is amazing — I actually started on a very strict alkaline diet — I am a breast cancer survivor and was really working at changing what I put in and on my body — going thru treatment for over a year with weekly chemo was not fun. Now, I am not as strict — but I do have my green drink every morning and a protein shake — I drink a lot of water — high ph — and tea — I have never been a coffee drinker — but once in awhile I will get a latte — no alcohol for me — never have been a drinker —

What I can say is that the sugar withdrawals were the worst — finding out all the sugar that is in everything we eat was a huge eye opener — when I started with the green drinks — they were so gross! I had to plug my nose to get it down and I kept telling myself this is good for you Judy!

But it actually got to where I can say — you put bok choy in here! Or you put an apple! My taste buds definitely changed.

The overall thing is this — I am healthier then I have been in a very long time — I walk every morning — usually 4–5 miles with my Sharpei — Sophia and when we do long walks we have walked up to 15 miles!

Not only was your benefit more dollars in the bank account — but your over all health greatly improved! Good Job!
