Okay, first of all you’re hitting so close to home about people I may or may not know doing this god forsaken job in Delhi that I’m having trouble reading. Second, at the beginning of the start of global call centers (almost all for US corporations) workers were not even allowed to use their own names. They were all assigned Christian names, very US friendly ones. Third of all, now there are US call centers employing immigrants who sell US products to the countries of their origin.
